Meditation for 30 minutes a day, even broken up in three 10 minutes or two 15 minutes session helps incorporating meditation into your daily life. But the practice should not be uncomfortable, but pleasant and enjoyable. ... 30 minutes is a good goal but will take time for most because of our busy lives.
