Our staff at LifeCare hospital of Fort Worth hosted a wedding last week. Bobby, one of our heart patients, had planned to marry his longtime love, Angie, before he arrived at our hospital. Instead of waiting for his discharge, they asked us to celebrate with them. “We’ve been together for over five years,” said Angie, “we didn’t want to wait any longer.” Our LifeCare staff was honored to share such a happy occasion with them, Following the festivities, Angie said, “You all have gone above and beyond for us…flowers, cake, and support. We are so thankful…the rest is in God’s hands.” Witnessing their love for and commitment to one another was inspiring. Cheers to you, Angie and Bobby, longtime partners and finally newlyweds!

Healthcare workers work tirelessly supporting one another to serve not only their patients, but also the community of people around these patients.
