Fun Fact Friday:

Bearded Dragons taste smells. Yup you read that right. They gather up fragrance molecules with their tongue and their brain processes it as smell!

That’s why sometimes dragons will taste the air around them! They are just processing what’s nearby.

This baby is Pumpkin. She suffered badly from Gout (which is why she’s all swollen in the limbs). She belonged to one of our volunteers and although she has since passed on Pumpkin was her soul dragon. 🐉 💗
