Built in 1983, the twin 30-story towers of Warwick Towers anchor Houston's Museum District. In 2024, their 118 residences needed an aging roof replaced, without disrupting the people living below.

With every material moving through a single freight elevator and updated codes requiring higher R-values, Siplast developed custom details to fit tight rooftop constraints and meet rigid testing requirements. The new assembly pairs a Paratherm insulation with a torch-applied Paradiene® SBS system and Parapro® liquid flashing, held strong through a heavy storm season with no leaks or failures.
