In this Part 3 clip, Timothy Barton says his arrest followed shortly after legal filings that challenged the SEC case and moved the dispute into federal bankruptcy court.
Barton says he had already raised concerns in 2019, hiring a team to take files to DHS and the FBI about what he believed were suspicious transactions involving Chinese nationals.
