I get this very often when potential clients inquire about training. They tell me about what sports they “used to” play or what workout routines they “used to” do. Honestly, I disregard that and start everyone from ground zero if you haven’t worked out in a while. Hell, even when I take a a week break, I have to work back up to my routine...imagine how it would be if you take off months or YEARS!
