Built in 1888 The Continental Gin Building in Deep Ellum (Dallas TX) was the largest manufacturer of cotton gins in the world. After a 2 year renovation, August Real Estate Co reopened the iconic building which now includes contemporary workspace, retail, and boutique amenities. With its rich history, ARE hopes the space will function as a hub of innovation for the entire community.

Really like how used this Bentintoshape Cor-ten steel planter in his landscape. Lots of different texture in the plants, gabion walls and big boulders. Very Cool!
