Did you know, gold is the most malleable metal because of its atomic structure? Gold has atoms that float in a ‘sea of electrons’, which allows it to bend without losing its structure. Even though PTP doesn't recycle gold by itself, we do buy computer circuit boards which contain tiny amounts of gold.

Meet Julio.

Julio is a Warehouse Associate; he sorts brass and copper, occasionally operates the forklift, and is affectionately referred to as a "Swiss army knife" because he has skills in a variety of areas. He has worked at PTP for 9 months. Julio's hometown is Reynosa, Tamaulipas, Mexico, and his favorite foods are mole and empanadas. A fun fact about Julio is that he likes to dance.
