Earlier this week, I interfaced with the Association of Retired Permanent Secretaries, Abia State Chapter. I assured the members that their pensions and gratuities will be paid as soon as the process of verification is completed. We have already started the process. Also, I pointed out that the verification process to flush out ghost workers in our system will be concluded shortly.

Oji Uzoh Kanu, if you like cry from now till eternity, you can never be the "new" senate president. No Igbo man is prepared for any serious leadership position in the national level. Cowar-ds like you who cannot condemn or mention the carnag-e going on in Igbo land cannot be the Nigerian Senate President. Let the position go to anywhere else but South East. We will resist it.

Your crocodile tears should not be for you but for those homes deserted in Igbo land and for those ones whose heads had been chop-ped off and those m-edullas blown up with hot leads. Let your tears be for that young Igbo business man who left Lagos to his hometown in the East only to meet brothers who are now mur-derers and canni-bals. They ended his young life in his own hometown. You are all cowar-ds for saying nothing!
