We are pleased to announce the onboarding of Licensed Massage Therapist, Sophie Chowdhury!

Sophie brings over eight years of experience in massage therapy, working with clients through a variety of techniques such as Craniosacral, Deep Tissue, Swedish, Reflexology, Trigger Point, and Sports massage.

As a neuroexperiential practice, we believe Sophie's trauma informed expertise will benefit our current and new clients who have suffered from complex trauma, chronic pain, or want to help further release trapped emotions in the body.
