Customer had complaints about brake performance and noise issues when braking. Upon inspection, found the brake pads are almost worn out, had excessive hard spots on the brake pads, and that the brake rotors had excessive wear and grooves worn into them.

Fixed them up with some new brake pads and rotors, bedded the brake pads in, and the vehicle is as good as new
