Deck demo!!! Followed by a rebuild! This deck has seen better days for sure. This client has serious termite issues as we’ve seen many times the damage was mostly hidden but as we peel away layers the extent of damage is not going unnoticed! Make sure you are checking under your home and around your home for termites and any clues or evidence that there maybe something to look further into do not ignore the signs they will literally eat the floor out from under you. Home Depot has a great kit you can purchase they are housing pods that have a stake of poison bate in them and are self service affordable and they work!
