I was speaking with a young man who came out to check our HVAC system on Friday. He told me that he purchased his first home about a year ago and he is already thinking about selling. So I asked him where he was going to find a place to live if he, indeed, sold his current home. He told me that he would move back in with his Mom because where else was he going to make about three times his current salary at once.

That's definitely something to think about.
