JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Utilize problem-solving and decision-making skills to understand client pain points and to self- troubleshoot as challenges arise and collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Design, write, unit test, and document application code to successfully deliver project-based work.
• Work in an agile environment with participation in daily stand-ups/scrum
• Design, write, test, troubleshoot, and document application code
• High proficiency in Java - Developing the server-side code in Java and deployed the JARs to the server
• Basic understanding of front-end development in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS)
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with monitoring solutions such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and the ELK stack
• Knowledge of writing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CloudFormation
• Maintain the application’s CI/CD pipeline

Job Summary
We are looking for a Data Analyst who’s able to leverage their technical data skills to help work efficiently between our business clients and our internal data engineers to produce effective and powerful data solutions
Responsibilities
• Translate business data needs into technical specifications
• Execute the define strategy as laid out by data and analytics leadership team
• Analyze and investigate wide-ranging data sources looking for patterns, data quality, and specifics to help ensure the right data is used for the business need
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
• Ability to pivot on deliverables as priorities change
• Evaluate and improve existing build processes
• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting
• Generate project documentation and assist with Build-to-Run activities upon project closure
• Use analytical and statistical rigor to solve complex problems and drive business decisions
• Support automation of business processes to allow the team scale
Requirements
• 4+ years' experience as a BI engineer, data analyst, business analyst or statistical analyst analyzing large data sets, drawing insights, and communicating them to stakeholders to influence decision making
• Intermediate skills in SQL and Python
• Experience in ETL development, data warehousing, and AWS solutions
• Familiar with Agile processes, including use of Jira or Azure Dev Ops
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience building data products incrementally and integrating and managing datasets from multiple sources
• Experience working in a high-tech environment, comfortable navigating conflicting priorities and ambiguous problems
• Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of coworkers
