Shame says, “Who do you think you are?” Confidence replies, “Someone with worth and worth the work.” We don’t have to drag shame into our future—it wasn’t and isn’t invited.Confidence isn’t arrogance. It’s healing + honesty+ humility, wrapped in grace. Shed your Shame or reframe it and remind yourself you are worth it and worthy.
