Someone asked me a question yesterday that I would like to publicly address. We do not purchase car parts from Amazon unless it’s something small (something cosmetic) we will every now and then purchase a tool from Amazon if we need it on the fly, but as for the car parts we install - we have a reputable list of vendors we use - these vendors have been carefully selected and only end up on my list of they have been recommended by a fellow technician or that we’ve used from first hand experience during training

Honestly, we’re happy to let customers provide their own parts - for services we’re more than happy to provide - but when a customer supplies the wrong parts- then this creates an unnecessary inconvenience - and creates a new problem- which we either have to fix in addition to the problems you’re already having, or wait for you to fix it while we’re only just on standby … so please understand going forward we have to charge $50 for inconvenience fees when customers provide wrong parts - Thank you for understanding
