Meal Prep! Get your Meal Prep! How it works: We've made it easier to eat healthy and enjoy your meals.  In fact, it's just a three-stage process.

1. Scan the bar code or click the link in my bio. This will take you to our order form
2. Submit order and wait for the confirmation. A text confirmation will be sent.
3. Wait for delivery or Pick Up on Sunday. All orders will be complete between 4:30-6:30PM. Text updates will be sent out.
