Big news — we’ve launched our newly updated website!

First up - our partners, the foundation of our firm:

🔹 Tom Delanoy — President, CEO & Partner
Celebrating 20 years with TEG, Tom began his career at PwC before transitioning into accounting & finance recruiting.

🔹 Sharon Adams — Partner & Director, Business Development
A UNT graduate and CPA, Sharon started in Big 4 and has been with TEG for an incredible 25 years.

🔹 Ben Pinto — Partner & Managing Director, Dallas
A Texas A&M graduate and CPA, Ben began his career at EY and has spent 16 years with TEG.

🔹 Sara Janicula — Partner & Director, Contract Services Division, Dallas
A University of Oregon graduate, Sara has been a key part of TEG for 14 years.

🔹 Britton Pavlic — Partner & Director, Business Development
Our newest partner, Britton is a TCU graduate and CPA who began his career at EY and recently celebrated 9 years with TEG.
