Happy Mother’s Day to the real-life superhero I’m blessed to call Mom. You had me at just 14, and somehow managed to give me the world while still figuring out your own. You didn’t have it easy, but you showed up—every single day—with strength, love, and a heart big enough to hold all of us. You raised me and my siblings mostly on your own, taught us how to love, how to work hard, and how to stick together. You are the glue to this family, the life of every party, and the one everyone turns to when they need help—even when it costs you.
