We are now going into her first reverse diet - and she is very excited for this coming hoilday season!

This was indeed a difficult first cycle for Zaira with the scale fighting us every step of the way as she gained strength, energy etc. SUPER proud of you for hanging on every time I told you we were looking great!

Now, we will master eating above 2500+ calories DAILY on the LWEP Nutrition program I run 🔥

Amazing friend and client Becky Celeski CRUSHING the LWEP Nutrition mentorship!

A picture is worth a thousand words here - I am so so proud of you. Down ~13 lbs on her average with a good bit of muscle gained!

The best part? She is now back up to eating 2550~ calories daily and will close out the program around 2800~ calories DAILY on her intake.
