The Acelero Learning Charitable Foundation had a bold vision—but no clear playbook to get there.

Like many organizations spinning off from a larger institution, they were navigating big, messy questions:

Now the team knows where they’re headed and how to get there, and we’re excited to cheer them on. The ECE field needs what this Foundation is about to bring.

➡️ What truly matters for impact right now, and what am I holding onto out of habit, ego, or exhaustion?
➡️ Where am I trying to prove my worth by doing it all, instead of trusting my team?
➡️ What decision have I been avoiding, even though I know clarity would bring relief and direction?

These aren’t easy questions. They require courage. But they’re the kind of questions that can shift how we lead, how we serve, and how we sustain ourselves in the work.
