customer with a communication issue on their truck.The unit was showing J1939 network codes and would not go into Drive.

⚙️ Diagnosis revealed a communication failure with the TCM (Transmission Control Module), affecting transmission operation.

A full diagnostic was performed including:
✔️ Electrical system check
✔️ CAN / J1939 network inspection
✔️ Modules and wiring inspection

Currently working on resolving the issue and getting the unit back to 100%
