Great for Digestion: Fruit cakes including fruits such as berries, pineapple, and apples are high in fiber and hence aid in the body’s digestive system. Not only that, but the fruits in the cake also help to lower the risk of heart disease.
Builds Strength: It may seem far-fetched, but cake can truly help you become stronger. Extra calcium is also important for increasing the functionality of bones and teeth, which may be found in milk and whey proteins.

Loaded fries are classic game-time grub here in the United States. You can find them in many different restaurants and in many different varieties. The version that I am sharing today combines delicious bacon, cheddar cheese, and our creamy homemade ranch dressing

Melt butter on low.
Add milk. Add cheese slowly, while stirring.
Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring often.
Add salt and cornstarch mix.
Simmer another 10 minutes, stirring often.
Serve on top of fries, next to fries, next to chips, with crudité, in a bowl with a spoon.
