Last month in October, home prices were up 15.5% from the previous year!

• In the Dallas area we closed on 11k units which was a 11% decrease from last year!

• Our new listings are over 12k which is a slight 4% decrease from last year.

• What all that means is that the cost of homes is much higher than what it was the previous year. With interest rates inching upward, and experts expecting further rate increases on the horizon, motivated buyers are hoping to lock in their home purchases to take advantage of what are still historically low rates.
