What's up all, I know I have not been very present lately - I've been focused on training and getting to the next level so I can move foward and get you all to the next level. Something I had been working on was! in preparation for this course. I spent 3 days in Shreveport and slept in my car for a couple nights (shout out to Dustin "Our Top Shot Winner" for putting me up on our last night before the big exam!!) to take the Range Master Instructor Development Course from Tom Givens. For those of you who are unfamiliar with range master programs they are top notch training. Instructors who hold that certification are generally held in high regard because of the the standards they are held to. This course is intense and does not guarantee a cert. You will need to buckle down and put in the work in order to pass the 3 exams scoring above 90% on each - NOT EVERYONE PASSES. It was a blessing to be able to attend this course, and I look forward to taking more training with Tom Givens. Stay tuned, new class schedule will be dropping soon I look forward to seeing all of you on the range.
