Texas changed the rules on phone use while driving. 🚨

As of September 2025, drivers in Texas can’t hold their phone AT ALL while the car is moving. No calls, no texting, no scrolling. Hands-free only.

But here’s the part most people miss — phone records only stick around for about 90 days. After that, the proof disappears.
