This spring, as hospitality professionals from across the industry gathered at HD Expo, Premier was honored to see our own Gale Nall, Senior Vice President of Interior Design, featured in Hospitality Design Magazine's "Voices in Design" series.

The feature highlights Gale's perspective on creativity, inspiration, and the evolving role of interior design in shaping memorable hospitality experiences. Her approach reflects a core belief shared throughout Premier's design practice: the most successful hospitality environments are those that create authentic connections between people, place, and brand.

Last week, Premier was proud to introduce our Hylo Park North Las Vegas mixed-use development in the City of North Las Vegas on behalf of Agora Realty & Management Nevada LLC. The transformative project will introduce a new team sports-oriented destination for hospitality, retail, and community services as part of a new town center development for the city.

As part of the development, Premier is also providing architectural design services on a new-build Embassy Suites hotel on the site. To activate the new hotel, Premier’s Architecture and Interior Design teams are creating a modern sports-inspired destination with styling and finishings that elevate this hotel beyond its upscale full-service position, and which will uniquely cater to teams and the sports tourism draw of the wider Hylo Park North Las Vegas development.

Premier is proud to share that our Le Méridien Fort Worth Downtown adaptive reuse and boutique hotel conversion project has been recognized with an Honorable Mention in the 2025 BLT Design Awards. The international award program celebrates excellence across architecture, interiors, and the built environment.

As one of the defining accomplishments of this project’s scope, Premier’s world-class interior design team led the adaptive reuse of a 188-guestroom hospitality destination by completely transforming the vacant 14 stories of an existing hull of an edifice.

Deconstructing the design program, the intent behind the interior design team’s vision was playfully ambitious: “Blend European glamor with cowboy swagger.” Inspired by both the city’s revered standing as one of the epicenters of America’s western heritage, as well as the modern and glamorous European-inspired aesthetic that defines the hotel’s brand, the interior design team seamlessly blended western bravado with European flair by juxtaposing rough and tumble western design elements throughout the hotel’s otherwise sophisticated spaces.

This recognition underscores Premier’s continued leadership in adaptive reuse and hotel design, leveraging design as a strategic tool to unlock value, reanimate legacy structures, and deliver differentiated guest experiences within highly competitive urban markets.
