Position: Tele Sales Specialist (Night Shift)
Location: Remote / Hybrid
Note: Applicants with at least 3 months of Janitorial campaign experience will receive full priority.

✔ Key Requirements
Fluent English is mandatory
Must be comfortable working Night Shift (Mon–Fri, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Minimum 6-month work commitment
Strong communication & active listening skills
Must be organized, motivated, and professional on calls

🎧 Job Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls to generate qualified leads
Follow scripts & adjust conversations based on customer needs
Identify client requirements, answer questions, and provide solutions
Generate Appointment over the phone as instructed
Meet personal and team performance targets

📚 Educational Requirements
O-Level, A-Level, HSC, or Bachelor’s (BBA preferred)
Freshers with strong English speaking skills are encouraged to apply

👥 Additional Requirements
Age: 18–30 years
Both males & females can apply
Must have good interpersonal and phone etiquette

Tk. 20,000 – Tk. 30,000 (based on experience)
