Journeyman's Forge

Journeyman's forge is in its infancy as we are working to raise funds to find a location. Our goal is to be a working school and work space for Blacksmiths across the North Texas area. We are wanting to have a building with two large class room and demo areas, individual work rooms, a stock room and sales area. The class room will have twelve anvils and forges with post vises set up for each. The demo area will have two large anvils with room to work and demonstrate to large groups. These spaces are also open to members who need help on project or a place to come and play. The individual rooms are for members who have "everything" but no location to work because of HOAs, apartment living, or other reasons preventing them to have a personal shop.
We hope to have a PayPal account set up shortly as well as a fundraising website partnership like Gofundme.
