Not having formal business training actually helped me learn more. Many doctors struggle here, relying solely on protocols without trusting their own intuition. Building that trust comes from truly caring and diving deep.

As adults, we often forget the child within. This core part of us, where we began, is essential. Babies are inherently narcissistic due to their helplessness, a natural starting point. But some adults remain stuck in that needy, scared, selfish phase, unable to embrace empathy because it feels like pain. They shut down emotionally, a constant internal battle.
