We’re excited to share that Pyra IXI has completed the MEP design for Sunset RV Park in Alvin, Texas.
This project paired a beautiful sunset backdrop with unique engineering challenges. Unlike residential developments, RV parks require specialized electrical load calculations for outdoor pedestal plugs, as well as custom plumbing design to accommodate varying RV demands, site layouts, and code requirements.
Our team carefully coordinated power distribution, water, and sanitary systems to ensure safety, reliability, and long-term functionality—while respecting the open landscape and experience RV travelers expect.

We're proud to share our recent project with Reagan County High School, where our team provided full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design for the new baseball and softball facilities — covering approximately 60,000 square feet.
