Sometime the roof is not the problem.
Steve and Renee had another company (large local guys with 4-5 fancy trucks) come out to fix a leak. After a $4000 repair (notice different color shingles in pic and some inside work included) the leak was still there. 4 calls later the salesman said that sometimes chimneys just leak. They (salesman and owner) then would not answer or return calls. Steve reached out to us and we went to investigate. We found the problem in about 5 minutes. Order a custom chemney pan, installed said pan and no more leaking chimney. Moral of this story, experience and knowledge beats fancy trucks and marketing when it come to your roof.
