We only have "word of mouth". What's wrong with that?

We hear that all the time when asking business owners what their marketing strategy is.

Well, the big problem is that you rely on someone else to do the marketing for you. While word of mouth is excellent (most likely the most powerful "channel"), you cannot rely on that alone. So you need to come up with another way to market your business.
