Job description
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience in designing and develop solutions to Cisco UCCE applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform systems management and integration functions. Experience and knowledge of UCCE (Windows). May analyze or recommend commercially available software. Must be adept at quickly understanding what is required to develop compelling value for our client.

· Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments

· Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions

· Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning

· Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware

· Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks

· Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment

· Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related discipline and 9 years of experience, Master’s degree and 7 years of experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree

· Minimum of 6 years of experience Cisco CCDP, CCNP, CCVP, CCIE

· Minimum of 6 years of experience designing, configuring, and/or maintaining Cisco Unified Communications and Cisco Contact Center solutions.

· Minimum of 6 years of experience and hands on knowledge in the implementation, design, and/or maintenance of converged networks leveraging Microsoft and Cisco technologies.

· Minimum of 6 years of experience Cisco Unified Communications Manager

· Minimum of 6 years of experience Cisco Unity, Unity Connection, Cisco IM & Presence / Cisco Jabber

· Minimum of 6 years of experience Cisco UCCE/UCCX, Contact Center Scripting

· Minimum of 4 years of experience Knowledge of VMware and Cisco Unified Computing System a plus

· Able to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI) security clearance.

· Must be a US Citizen

Calling all Linux/JBoss EAP Engineers!!! Baylight Solutions Inc. is looking for an Engineer who can provide the framework for implementing Java applications and a wide variety of other software applications.
• Proactively maintain and develop all Linux infrastructure technology to maintain a 24x7x365 uptime service
• Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs
• Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
• Fault finding, analysis and of logging information for reporting of performance exceptions
• Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning
• Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, hot fixes on servers, workstations, and network hardware
• Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
• Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
• Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes
• Demonstrated expertise in system landscape design and implementation.
• Proven ability to work business requirements into solutions that map to technology capabilities and integration with existing infrastructure
• Proven track record of implementing significant IT infrastructure projects on schedule and budget
• Min 8 + years of experience in the implementation and support of large scale mission critical production systems in a business environment or equivalent.
• Min 5+ years technical leadership experience with Java Application Servers, i.e: JBoss Enterprise Application Platform,
• Strong experience automating environment build and application deployment with Linux/Unix scripting.
