In 2024, I put health coaching on the backburner in order to help get MindSync up and running and also to get my own family's own health in order. I am excited to announce that I will be taking new clients starting on February 1st!

I am the right health coach if you......

*Have a child with PANDAS/PANS, ASD, ADHD or other concerns and you need guidance with lifestyle choices (like diet & non-toxic products), choosing doctors/practitioners, understanding lab work results (or knowing what labs to request from a doctor) and finding resources for support. I can help empower you with information so that you are well-prepared when meeting with doctors or other healthcare practitioners.

*Are concerned about mold and want the best resources on how to prevent it or address it (when suspected) both in the home and body.

*Have been given an autoimmune diagnosis and do not know where to begin.

*Have PCOS or other hormonal issues and want to make positive changes that can make a difference.

*Are concerned about toxicity and detoxification.

*Struggle with anxiety and want to look for ways to support your nervous system.

I tailor sessions towards what an individual wants and needs. I am well versed on nutrition (whole organic real foods) and can help one in this area and/or with overall lifestyle changes that can make a big difference with energy and well-being!
