This charming "British guy" at Keller Williams Community Partners waited eight years for his U.S. visa approval while sampling careers in finance at Royal Bank of Scotland, construction, hospitality, and land surveying before discovering his true calling. After flipping his first house and recognizing how fluid American real estate is compared to the UK, Miles got licensed in 2021 and never looked back. Within months of joining The North Georgia Group, led by Chris Van Olphen and Mark Midyette, he went from "not knowing how to open a lockbox" to becoming a top agent, closing 21 transactions worth $8.5 million by late August 2024.
