Conversely, those with low self-efficacy may perceive difficult tasks as personal threats, focusing on their deficiencies rather than strengths. This perspective can result in higher stress levels and an increased likelihood of depression. 
To cultivate self-belief, consider the following strategies:
• Mastery Experiences: Engage in tasks that allow you to succeed through perseverance, building confidence in your abilities.
• Vicarious Experiences: Observe others who are similar to you succeed, reinforcing the belief that you too can achieve your goals.
• Social Persuasion: Seek encouragement from others, which can strengthen your belief in your capabilities.
• Manage Physiological States: Learn to interpret stress and fatigue not as signs of weakness but as normal aspects of the human experience.
By implementing these approaches, you can bolster your self-efficacy, enabling you to persevere and succeed even when external support is lacking.
