What went well for you in Q1?

04/06/2026

I’m opening a small number of spaces of six coaching sessions for professional women.

This is for women who are doing well on paper, but internally feel overwhelmed, doubtful, or like they are constantly trying to catch up.

You can be highly capable and still feel like you’re on the back foot.

Over time, that can show up as:

- overcommitting and saying yes when you're already stretched

- frustration that you know you are capable of more

- replaying what went wrong and dwelling on the negative

- undervaluing your contribution or not earning what you deserve

- stress and pressure negatively impacting your relationships

- a gradual erosion of confidence and self-trust

These six coaching sessions are designed to help you feel more in control in your working life, building confidence, and moving forward with greater clarity, so you are better positioned for growth and higher earning potential.

If this feels familiar, DM me **COACHING** or email me at [email protected] and I’ll send over more details. Or you can scheudle a call usign this link (https://calendar.app.google/AyfrKSMfbHDhLdeu7)

So many brilliant people never fully meet their potential.

Not because they lack knowledge, experience, skill, or vision.

But because they don’t always believe in themselves.

They feel like they have to keep proving themselves.

And every knockback, setback, or difficult moment becomes more evidence for the story they are already telling themselves.

That they’re not ready.

Not enough.

Not quite there yet.

Over time, that story can quietly shape how they show up, what they go for, and what they believe is possible.

This is why I really value tools that help people pause, reflect, and reframe.

One of those is the STEAR Map, created by Sasha H.

It’s a simple but powerful tool that helps us look at a situation differently, especially when we’re interpreting something in a way that leads us down an unhelpful path.

I shared it with a coaching client earlier this week, and it really resonated.

Sometimes the biggest shift is not in what has happened, but in the meaning we attach to it.

That shift can change everything:
how we feel about ourselves,
how we respond,
and what we do next.

Below is a link to a blog which gives more detials about the tool and examples of how it works in practice.

Give it a read and let me know your thoughts!
