Our final Senior Shoutout is Phoenix vonKolnitz, who has majored in English (Film and New Media Studies), with a minor in Professional Writing and Rhetoric! Phoenix has worked as a tour guide since Fall 2023, and we will miss their energy and presence around the office and on tours! 🎉 💛

We asked Phoenix to leave a nice message for other student staff, and here is what they had to say: 👇

“To all of the Entourage staff: I have never been around a larger group of more productive people. I really wish I had been able to know every person on a first-name basis; every single one of you is really cool. Each tour is a performance, and not everyone can do what you all are doing, so be proud.
--> To my LGBTQ+ family: I love every single one of you; you all know who you are. Nothing makes me happier than to know we have each other's backs. We are the real Ru Paul's Best Friends Race.
--> To Reed P: I will miss you, king. If you ever need anything from me, please reach out.
--> To McKenna A & Sam M: Anguish, agony, what will I do without y’all? Who will I banter with? Who will I irritate with the Mort voice? I will be lost, adrift in the sea of vocal stims without anyone to bounce off of. Please annoy each other in my absence.
--> To Morgan B: I really enjoyed every tour we have been on together. I am very happy that I got to know you!
--> To Rachel L: Even though we've only known each other for a few months, you've always been so kind to me and said hi whenever we saw each other. Thank you for being so awesome!
--> To Tim S, Will V, & Carter B: Shout out Tim, Will and Carter.
--> To Maggie, Emma, and Mikaela: You guys are going to be holding the fort down, 1000%.
--> To Demarion, Anthony, Aly, Putu, Mya, Maya, Sophia, and Kay: You guys are going to be the best tour guides admissions has ever seen.”

Day 🖐️ (and the final day!) of celebrating our incredible senior tour guides 🎉

Our ninth Senior Shoutout is Lindsay Sosa Ramirez, who has majored in Interior Design, with minors in Construction Management and Art! Lindsay has served as a tour guide since Spring 2023 and has made a tremendous impact during her time with our program. She stepped up in leadership roles and went above and beyond by fully translating our Admissions tour talking points into Spanish. 🫶

We asked Lindsay to leave a nice message for other student staff, and here is what she had to say: 👇

“For Sophia D, Kendall F, and Katie B: I loved working with you guys. You all showed me so much love and kindness and it means everything to me. I hope you guys continue to grow in any role you hold whether it’s in Entourage or other clubs! I am going to miss you guys, but I will be backkkkkkk.”

Our sixth Senior Shoutout is Sam Metz, who has majored in Stage and Screen (Scenic Design & Carpentry)! Sam has worked as a Tour Guide since Summer 2025 and has been a positive and energetic addition to our team in his final year at WCU! 💟
