The Catamount School

Thanks to Burroughs Wellcome Fund for sponsoring our TCS faculty and staff’s day trip to the Grand Canyon, including a stop at the Hoover Dam. They learned about the Hualapai people and their culture. During the helicopter ride, they explored how hot and cold air molecules affect a helicopter’s efficiency. Students can look forward to engaging interdisciplinary units inspired by this professional development! ⛰️🚁
