So today started with a lot of wind; that never really settled down. We started out shallow, on the out going tide, and made a long drift. We were catching a fish here and there; which produced 3 solid keeper trout.
I decided to make a quick call to a friend, to see how the bite was doing a little deeper, and he said it was not bad, so we decided to run out and see for ourselves.That decision produced out other 7 keepers; along with some bonus fish.
Knowing the water would be pretty low, I decided to get an early start on the redfish, but that came with a little wait for the tide to bring in the fish. Once the mullet showed up, we quickly got a good upper slot red in the boat; after that just a couple missed hook ups with the redfish.
Well as you know there’s always that time of day, where we head in to clean fish, and enjoy hand feeding the tarpon.

Great trip with Ben and Rylan yesterday. We caught fish all day and Rylan got his PB redfish. Great times with these two as always.
