We are excited to offer Ambient Air Mold Testing (AKA indoor air quality test) to all prospective clients! We use the "Sporecyte" system, which utilized state-of-the-art equipment, Certified Lab Testing, and easy-to-read reports (Please click on the link below for a sample report.) The test can be conducted at the same time as the inspection - no need for return visits! An exterior air sample is taken for a baseline reading and used to compare results of the interior sampling. Interior air sampling is done in any habitable part of the home-usually the basement and main living area. Samples are sent via FedEx to a certified Lab, and results are emailed One Business Day after the Lab receives the samples.
