This Memorial Day, we’re taking on Murph at JETA.

Murph is a workout created to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and those who gave everything in service to our country.
The workout:
• 1 Mile Run
• 100 Pull-Ups
• 200 Push-Ups
• 300 Air Squats
• 1 Mile Run
It can be scaled for all ability levels.
Whether you’re doing the full workout, modifying reps, partnering up, or just showing up to challenge yourself, this is about putting in the work together.
