As part of the Indiana Dunes Coffee and Sweets Trail, we created this tribute drink — Diana of the Dunes, named for the spirit said to wander these sands 🌙🍂

This creamy latte is made with our Valparaiso roasted Illuminate Espresso, sweetened with milk and our house made lavender lemon simple. We steep real lavender to bring you this heady, rich, floral local favorite ✨☕️

Diana, the drink’s namesake, was once a woman who left the city world behind to live by the lake. Some say she still walks the dunes at dusk, her presence felt in the wind and the water. Her story drifts through the pines and into our cups, a reminder that freedom once claimed never truly dies 🔮🐦‍⬛
