Congrats to my investor clients for getting this one under contract this weekend! We looked at it Monday and it went under contract quickly, but luckily we were able to secure ourselves as a backup offer with earnest money and all.

Fast forward a few days and the original deal fell through and our offer immediately kicked into affect and we are now the buyers 👏🏼. In short, just because a home goes under contract doesn’t mean it’s a done deal.
