With Spring and Summer approaching and our son and daughter-in-law's pending relocation for her residency program (destination currently unknown), we contacted Charlie to arrange a visit to his storage facility to review the items stored there. We went this morning and were extremely pleased with the reception and service we received.

His staff was very well prepared for our visit and accommodated our requests. Before the visit we had questions and concerns about many of the items' fate in the fire. Many of the items we identified had special meaning, and we appreciate the good work by Charlie and his crews in preserving them. Must say, as I entered the building and saw all the activity I wondered how they could keep track of everything. Not sure how they do it, but they were able to locate in quick order all the items we were searching for.

We extend our thanks for Clothes Call for their efforts and to you for recommending them to us in our time of need.

The Clothes Call family holiday party w/ tribute to Al Altimore.

The funeral for Al Altimore will be Monday 5/15 at Beall Funeral Home ( 6512 Crain Hwy, Bowie, Md ). The viewing is at 2pm followed by service at 3pm). I hope you can come join in on the celebration of Al, who gave so much to so many. A true pillar of the textile restoration industry who took care of countless customers and helped so many with his kind words and deeds.
