8 glute bridges ๐Ÿ‘
7 kettlebell swings
6 leg raises
5 burpeeeeees ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ
4 inchworms
3 jump squats
2 power cleans
And a 1-minute squat hold ๐ŸŽ„

Core on fire, heart rate up, and holiday cheer still intact ๐Ÿ’ช
