This is why I don’t believe healthcare should be a one-size-fits-all approach. Pain is often the last symptom of a much bigger conversation happening inside the body. If we only treat where it hurts, we can miss why it hurts.
As a chiropractor utilizing Applied Kinesiology, my goal isn’t just to chase symptoms—it’s to identify the underlying stressors affecting how the body functions and then support the body’s ability to heal.

Most people are looking for a quick fix. Real wellness comes from consistent movement, quality sleep, proper nutrition, stress management, and taking ownership of your health. One workout at a time. One meal at a time. One habit at a time.
Your body already has a built-in detox system: liver, kidneys, colon, skin, and lymphatics.
