It's now more important than ever to support local small businesses. I just ask that everyone remember after the quarantine is over and lives have gone back to normal that travel agents are small businesses too. Currently I have wiped all of my reservations and income off the books until June. Whether the few June reservations I have will actually travel remains to be seen but I am looking at no income until at least July.

Those who have booked with a travel agent have realized the value during this time more than ever. I'm sure you've read the horror stories of those booked with Expedia and Costco and the hours they've spent on hold only to be disconnected, or to find out that they simply stopped answering their phones. That's just one of the things we do for you FOR FREE. There are also those who booked through bookvip and arrived at their destination only to find their hotels had not been paid for and bookvip went out of business.

I can't say I will always have the lowest price. 99% of the time I can match anything you will find online though. And I'm sure at this time those who saved $20 by booking online are really questioning the value of that. Did they really save anything?

I know when we get past this, I know life will go back to normal. I'm just asking that when it does you remember us.
