The Field Supervisor (CNA) will be a Home Care Leader delivering In-Home Care throughout St. Louis County! Certified Nurse Aide, Personal Care and Advanced Personal Care experience preferred.

What will be your responsibilities?
Conduct On-call, In-home care to clients (Respite, Memory and Personal care, home Chore and Special Needs services) throughout St. Louis County
Use Company-Paid cell phone to cover new patient/client care, Caregivers with emergency life-events, rotating weekends and administrative calls regarding staffing issues and changes
supervisory and Administrative Duties:
Lead OJTs and Continuing Education of Caregivers
Managing PPE disbursement
Conduct random supervisory home visits to ensure Caregivers are providing quality, timely Care Plan services

What does it take to do this job?
Minimum 3 years experience as a CNA/Caregiver
Current CNA certification, CPR and First Aid
Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening
Valid Drivers License, reliable transportation and auto liability

Sign-on bonus: $200.00 USD

Responsibilities:

One-on-One Advanced Personal care and In-Home care
Complete Care plan progress notes

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience as a Caregiver
